Totally depends on the individual cat, but in my experience, Ragdolls tend to be pretty laid-back about room changes. They might follow you out of curiosity or just to see what you're up to, but they're not likely to get anxious or stressed about it like some more skittish breeds. Mine will often just stay put if she's comfortable, especially if she's napping, and then eventually wander over when she feels like it.
