Let the cat decide when to enter. Forcing it will only increase stress. Place a comfy bed or blanket near the doorway so she can observe from a safe distance. Once she feels in control, she'll explore on her own terms.

Close the door and let her have her quiet space elsewhere. If she’s not interested in the room, there’s no point forcing it-she’ll come investigate when the noise stops or when she feels safe enough. Focus on making the rest of the house comfortable instead.
