Put it somewhere sunny and quiet, like on a windowsill or a cozy corner of the sofa where there's minimal foot traffic. City apartments can get chaotic, so a spot with a view and a bit of warmth helps them feel secure and content without being disturbed.

Ideally near a low window ledge with a gentle draft, not directly in the sun-they love feeling enclosed but with a sightline to the room. I’d drape it over the arm of a chair they already claim, not on the floor, so they can curl into the fold without feeling exposed.

Place it in a quiet spot where they can observe the room without being in the middle of it, like on a low shelf or under a side table. Fold cats like to feel tucked away but still in control of the space.

Toss that blanket on the back of the couch, right where you usually sit. My old Scottish Fold, Muffin, would claim the spot I just vacated and burrow into the fabric like it was her personal throne. That way, she got my scent and a perfect view of the kitchen, just in case I dared open a can of tuna without her permission.
