I've had a Sphynx named Mochi living with my Maine Coon for three years now, and yes, the hairless one absolutely dominates the heated beds - it's their obsession. The key is buying at least two heated beds and placing them in separate rooms, because Sphynxes are heat-seeking missiles who will claim anything warm. My fluffy cat learned to adapt by snuggling with me on the couch instead, and they actually share the heated bed about 30% of the time now when it's really cold. Does your current setup have enough separate cozy spots for both cats?

Buying three heated beds changed everything in my house. My Sphynx, Pixel, still tries to claim the fluffy one, but having an extra in a sunny window spot distracts her long enough for my Persian to sneak onto a bed. The trick is placing one bed in a low-traffic area where the fluffy cat feels safe, because Sphynxes are relentless about warmth.

Start with two heated beds placed far apart. My Sphynx, Gizmo, hogs the one in the living room, but my Ragdoll claimed the one in the bedroom closet and never gives it up. The fluffy cat just needed a quiet, enclosed spot where Gizmo wouldn't bother to hunt for warmth.

My two share a single heated bed without major conflict, but only because I trained the Sphynx, Juno, that stealing means the bed gets turned off for an hour. The fluffy cat, a Siberian, learned to claim the bed first thing in the morning while Juno is eating, and they naturally trade off throughout the day. Setting a consistent schedule where each cat gets dedicated warm time reduced the drama completely.
