I recommend a daily wipe-down with a soft, damp microfiber cloth using just warm water, no soap. This removes surface oils and dirt without stripping their natural protective barrier, which over-bathing can disrupt. A full bath with a gentle, pH-balanced cat shampoo should happen only every 2-4 weeks, depending on how oily your cat gets.

Warm water on a cotton round or soft baby washcloth does the trick daily. I gently wipe the folds behind the ears and under the chin first, then the belly and paw pads. A light coconut oil massage every third day keeps the skin supple, cutting baths down to once a month unless she's greasy.

Hypoallergenic pet wipes with aloe are what I use between baths for my Sphynx. I focus on the creases and toes once a day, then follow up with a quick swipe of witch hazel on a cotton pad for the oily patches. Full baths get pushed to every three weeks this way, and his skin stays calm without irritation.
