Watch where she's stashing them - it's usually a spot that feels safe or interesting to her, like a quiet closet corner or under a bed. My cat does this too, and I figured out she's basically creating a little toy stash for herself, almost like a hoard. Have you noticed if that room has something unique, like a sunny patch or a soft rug she loves?

That's just her inner hunter at work - she's treating that room like her personal den, storing "prey" for later. My cat picks the guest bedroom closet, and I leave a little basket there so she can organize her stash without dragging them all over the house again.

Let the cat have her little treasure room - it’s just her way of making the place feel like home. I’ve got an old barn cat who does the same with felt mice under the porch steps, and it’s no trouble at all. If it bothers you, toss a small box or basket in that room so she can pile them up neat instead of scattering them everywhere. Simple as that.
