Back in my day, we'd put a heated throw over the radiator or a cozy fleece bed near a sunbeam-those bald little rascals love warmth. A cat tree by a window works fine too, but make sure there's a soft blanket draped over it, none of that bare wood or plastic like I see in modern homes.
