Keeping a heated cat bed or a self-warming pad in the living room or a cozy corner away from drafts works beautifully. My own Sphynx loves burrowing under a soft fleece blanket on the couch or curling up next to a radiator (just make sure it's safe). You could also place a small, insulated cat cave near a sunny window during the day-they’ll soak up that warmth and feel perfectly snug.

Putting them on a high shelf or a cat tree near a ceiling corner traps heat better than the floor ever will. My Sphynx ends up sprawled on my laptop or a pile of laundry fresh from the dryer - they’ll find the warmest spot even if it’s not a designated bed. You’re overthinking the cold, just give them a fleece blanket on a couch or an armchair and they’ll burrow in just fine without needing the bedroom at all.

Tucking a heated throw blanket into a cozy cat cave or a small igloo bed in the living room works perfectly for my Sphynx. I’ve also draped a fleece over the arm of my recliner, and she’ll curl up right there, soaking up any warmth from the house. Just make sure the spot is away from drafty windows, and they’ll be content to nap while you’re watching TV or reading.

Grab a microfiber blanket and toss it over the back of a sofa or an armchair near a heat vent - mine curls up there every time. A cat hammock attached to a radiator (with a safe guard) is also a hit, keeps them off cold floors. They’ll find the warmest spot fast, just leave a fleece throw on a sunny windowsill during the day.
