Yeah, absolutely get one. Sphynx cats lack fur, so they constantly seek heat sources to regulate their body temperature. A heated blanket gives them a consistent warm spot without them having to climb on electronics or under blankets where they could overheat. Just make sure it's a low-wattage pet-safe blanket with an auto shut-off timer, and place it where they can easily get on and off.
